He was born in Istanbul in 1975. He completed his undergraduate degree on Business Administration in Marmara University in 1997. He received an MBA degree specializing in Finance from Yeditepe University in 2001. He started his professional career in Monitor Company as taking part in the restructuring project of Yapı Kredi Bank.

In 1997, he started working in Garanti Bank as a management trainee. Ozan Kuşcu performed the roles of portfolio manager and sales coordinator manager in corporate branches, respectively, at Garanti Bank for 9 years. In this period, he also coordinated Branch Managers Banking Training Project. Ozan Kuşçu joined as a managing partner to Nar Training and Consultancy Company in 2005.

He served as a trainer on sales, pricing and productivity in Garanti Bank since 1999. He completed NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Trainer Training Programs.

He took NLP Trainer Training Program from PhD. Wyatt Woodsmall. In addition, he completed a program titled “Vital Business Update” at Cranfield School of Management in England in 2004 and “Advanced Selling Skills” at Management Center Europe (MCE) in Belgium in 2000.

In Nar Training and Consultancy Company, he is currently giving training as a consultant in corporate projects and also life and career coaching. He speaks English and German.
